Simple. Secure. Person-to-person.

Our process is designed to be clear, structured, and respectful of your privacy.

1. Contact Us

Reach out via email or the contact form on the website.

In your message, briefly describe:

  • the type of documents you have,
  • the number of pages,
  • your preferred consultation format (online or in person).

We will respond with:

  • confirmation of scope,
  • proposed duration,
  • pricing details,
  • available time slots.

2. Send Your Documents Securely

Once the consultation details are confirmed, you may securely send your medical documents.

Documents are used exclusively for consultation purposes and handled in accordance with GDPR, including special category (health) data protection standards.

You will be informed about:

  • data handling,
  • confidentiality measures,
  • consent requirements for processing health data.

3. Attend the Consultation

Consultations are conducted person-to-person, either online or in person.

During the session, we:

  • explain medical terminology,

  • break down laboratory indicators,
  • provide verbal translation if needed.

Minimum duration: 30 minutes.

This is an educational and explanatory consultation — not medical advice.

4. Follow-Up (Optional)

If additional clarification is needed, you may:

  • book an extended session,
  • request a separate written translation service (if applicable).

No medical recommendations or treatment decisions are provided.
