About Patient Help

Patient Help was created to support people in understanding what is written in their medical documents.

Medical reports, laboratory results, discharge summaries, and diagnostic conclusions often contain complex terminology and technical phrasing that can feel overwhelming or unclear. Not understanding this information may increase stress and make communication with healthcare professionals more difficult.

Our role is to provide clear, structured, and accessible explanations of medical documentation — without simplification that distorts meaning, and without causing unnecessary alarm.

We offer information-based consultations focused on:

  • explaining medical terminology and abbreviations,
  • clarifying laboratory values and medical findings,
  • helping you understand the structure and content of medical reports,
  • providing verbal interpretation of medical documentation during consultation.

Important Notice
